AdenoMag

Designed to increase virus infection AdenoMag is a reagent dedicated to enhance Adenovirus  and Adeno Associated Virus (AAV) infection. It allows to rapidly concentrate all viral particles onto cells. AdenoMag permits to improve significantly virus infectivity with extremely low vector doses. Due to its specific properties, AdenoMag is ideal to infect non permissive cells. No molecular biology processes or biochemical modifications are required. AdenoMag is a magnetic nanoparticles formulation optimized for adenoviral and AAV based on the Magnetofection™ technology.

Rapid and easy-to-use infection reagent

1. Add adenovirus solution to AdenoMag
2. Incubate 15-25 min at room temperature
3. Add onto your cells
4. Incubate your culture plate onto the magnetic plate (20-30 min)
5. Remove your magnetic plate and process as usual
