Does it work for Primary cells?
Magnetofection is an ideal method for transfecting primary cells.
Numerous primary cells have been successfully transfected with this
technology; see our list of successfully transfected cells! If your
particular cell type is not mentioned, this does not imply that Magnetofection is
not going to work. Since there are a large variety of cells studied in
laboratories, we could not test all cell types. However, our customers'
feedbacks are exceptionally enthusiastic about primary cell
transfection.
