Does it work on cell types such as lymphocytes?
It has been shown that Magnetofection in conjunction with adenoviral vectors greatly improves the efficiency of this vector in PBLs.
Similar improvements can be expected with other viral vectors. No
results have been reported so far with non-viral constructs. However it
is likely that the combination of CombiMag with commercially available
reagents that give moderate results in these cell types will greatly
improve the efficiencies of such reagents. Please do not hesitate to
