ViroMag & R/L

Great to increase virus infection ViroMag is a reagent dedicated to increase virus infection in vitro and in vivo. It allows concentrating virus onto cells. ViroMag is applicable with all viruses. It has been used in a wide range of cells including primary cells. Due to its specific properties, ViroMag is ideal to infect non permissive cells. No molecular biology processes or biochemical modifications are required. ViroMag R/L is a magnetic nanoparticles formulation optimized for lentiviruses and retroviruses. This two reagents are based on the Magnetofection™ technology.

Rapid and easy-to-use infection reagent

1. Add virus supernatant to ViroMag or ViroMag R/L
2. Incubate 20 min at room temperature
3. Add onto your cells
4. Incubate your culture plate onto the magnetic plate (15 min)
5. Remove your magnetic plate and process as usual
